Privacy Policy
In short: our apps ask for no account, show no ads and send us no data about you. What you create in them stays on your device.
1. Who we are and what this covers
Outcome Analytics is the trade name of HEINZ H. BIDEL, a Brazilian company based in Matão (São Paulo state). It is the data controller under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).
This policy applies to every app we publish on Google Play and the App Store — today, Siloé and Rivail — and to this website. Each app also has its own policy, with the detail of each permission; where both cover the same point, the app’s policy prevails.
2. Data we process
- What you create in the app (highlights, notes, collections, reading progress, preferences) is stored only on your device. We have no server that receives this data. If your phone backup is on, the copy is kept in your Google or Apple account, under their rules.
- Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We do not receive or keep your name, e-mail, card number or any payment data; the store only tells us that the purchase exists, so the content can be unlocked.
- Store statistics. Google and Apple may show us aggregated, anonymous figures (installs, crashes per version), depending on your device settings. These figures identify no one.
- Messages you send us. If you write to our e-mail, we use your address and what you wrote only to reply. We delete the conversation whenever you ask.
- This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no ads. It stores in your browser only the language you chose.
We use no usage tracking, analytics tools, advertising identifiers or crash reports sent by the app.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use information only to make the app work, unlock what was purchased and reply to people who write to us. The legal basis is the performance of the contract with you (using the app and the purchase) and, for messages, our legitimate interest in replying. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with anyone for advertising.
4. How long and where
Data kept on the device exists while the app is installed: uninstalling deletes it all. E-mail messages are kept while needed to help you, or until you ask us to delete them. E-mail is handled by providers that may store messages outside Brazil; we make no other international transfer.
5. Your rights
Under the LGPD you may ask for confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about who we share it with, and withdrawal of consent. If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
To exercise any of them, write to our e-mail. We reply within 15 days. You may also complain to Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) or to the data protection authority of your country.
6. Security
The safest way to keep data is not to receive it: that is why the apps work without an account and send nothing. What stays on the device is protected by the operating system itself (Android or iOS).
7. Children
Our apps collect no personal data from anyone, of any age.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Important changes will also be announced on the app’s page.
